Using the service

By using Zrico, you agree to these terms and the Privacy policy. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

What Zrico provides

Zrico provides focused tools for creating, previewing, downloading, and optionally saving invoices and estimates. It is not accounting, bookkeeping, tax, legal, banking, payment processing, or document-delivery software. A downloaded PDF is not automatically sent to its recipient.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain rights in the business, customer, document, and logo content you provide. You grant Zrico the limited permission needed to process that content and operate the features you request. You are responsible for accuracy, required invoice disclosures, taxes, recordkeeping, payment instructions, customer authorization, and compliance with laws that apply to your work and location.

Do not upload unlawful content, malware, content you lack permission to use, or highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for an invoice or estimate. Do not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls or commercial limits.

Free and Pro plans

Anonymous invoice, estimate, preview, and PDF use does not require an account. Free account and Pro capabilities are described on the Pricing page. Pro currently costs $5 per month or an early launch price of $39 per year and renews automatically through Stripe until canceled. Launch pricing is not promised forever, and a customer who cancels and later returns receives the then-current public price. There is no paid trial.

You may schedule cancellation through the hosted billing portal. Pro remains available through the current paid period while an active subscription is scheduled to cancel. Failed payment may receive the approved 72-hour grace period; otherwise access returns to Free limits without deleting existing records. Plan prices may change for future renewals only after reasonable advance notice and as permitted by law.

Cancellation and refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Period-end cancellation does not create a prorated refund. Deleting an account cancels a current subscription immediately without proration or refund. See the Refund policy for details.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Zrico reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may make reasonable changes needed for security, legal obligations, provider changes, abuse prevention, or product maintenance. We will not silently delete saved records merely because a Pro subscription ends.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zrico is provided as available without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or legal and tax compliance. You should review every document before using or sending it.

To the extent permitted by law, Zrico is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Zrico's total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for Pro during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.

Suspension, deletion, and changes to these terms

We may restrict abusive or unlawful use. You may delete your account from the account page. We may update these terms prospectively and will post a revised effective date. Material changes affecting paid service will receive reasonable notice where required.
