An account is required for Pro. If you started a document anonymously, its browser-local draft remains available while you sign in. Launch pricing is not promised forever; a canceled customer who later returns receives the then-current public price.

Free stays useful

The anonymous workflow has no document counter or signup wall. A Free account can save one business profile and logo, three customers, and three combined invoices or estimates. Existing saved records remain editable, downloadable, status-changeable, and deletable at the limit.

Pro saves repeated effort

Pro is for people who want an ongoing workspace: more saved records, reuse, automatic document defaults, and additional branding choices. It does not add accounting, bookkeeping, payment processing, or automatic tax decisions.

Pricing questions

Do I need an account to create or download a PDF?

No. Anonymous invoice and estimate creation and PDF downloads are unlimited.

What happens if I cancel Pro?

Scheduled cancellation keeps Pro active through the paid period. Afterward, Free limits apply, but existing customers and documents are not deleted.

How do I manage or cancel billing?

You can manage billing through the secure hosted billing flow in your account.

Can I keep using the generators after downgrade?

Yes. Anonymous creation and PDF downloads remain available, and existing saved data remains accessible.
