How billing works.

Card required at sign-up, nothing charged during the trial. We email you 3 days before the first charge on day 31.

If a payment fails
We email the account owner right away. After 7 days unpaid the workspace pauses. Nothing is deleted.
Why is there a 5-seat minimum?
Each firm gets its own separate application and databases, not a shared account. The 5-seat minimum ($195 per month) covers running that dedicated workspace.
What does “included AI usage” mean?
Each seat adds $20 of AI model usage to a pool shared by your whole firm. A firm with 10 seats has $200 of usage each month. Most everyday drafting and summarizing uses a small fraction of that. Your dashboard shows how much of the pool has been used.
What happens if we use up the pool?
AI replies pause until the 1st of the next month, or until you add seats. Your conversations and files stay where they are. There are no overage charges.
How does billing work?
Seats are billed monthly in advance by card. When you add seats, you pay a prorated amount for the rest of the current month. When you remove seats, the change takes effect at the next billing date.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new firm gets 30 days free. A card is required when you sign up, but nothing is charged during the trial. Your first charge (seats × $39) is on day 31 unless you cancel, and we email you 3 days before it.
Can we cancel during the trial?
Yes, from the dashboard. You are not charged, and your workspace keeps working until the end of the 30-day trial.
Can we add seats during the trial?
Yes. Seats added during the trial are free until the first charge, when every seat is billed at $39 per month.
How much AI usage is included during the trial?
$5 per seat for the whole trial, pooled across the firm. From the first charge it is $20 per seat each month.
Can we cancel?
Yes, any time, from the dashboard. Your workspace stays available until the end of the period you paid for. After cancellation you have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.
What if a payment fails?
We email the account owner right away. If the invoice is still unpaid after 7 days, the workspace is paused until payment is made. Nothing is deleted.
